Return Period: Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Eligibility for Return:
Products must be unused, unlit, and in the same condition in which they were received.
Products must be in the original packaging.
Sale items are not eligible for return.
Customised items, unless defective or damaged, are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Products: If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the product. We will replace the item or offer a refund, depending on your preference.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Shipping Returns: You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email.
